It has been a while since I have been back in town but it is still just as delicious as I remember. I could barely decide on spicy chicken plate 🐔 or bento box 📦 or sushi 🍣. Went with sushi. 😋

Amazing sushi made with really fresh ingredients. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. If you don't mind spending a bit more this is a great place to eat.

This is the best Japanese food in town. This mom and pop shop deserves your business. The sushi is awesome and the noodles are great too. Plus, they are friendly and eager to help.

Hole in the wall restaurant but some of the best sushi I've ever tasted. Attentive service and well worth it prices. Try the calamari appetizer if you want an example of the quality of their food, other restaurants make it chewy and discussing, this stuff will make your big toe stick up in your boot!

Best Sushi places in the Valley! Absolutely reccomend. They also are quick barely had to wait for my large order to be ready.

The food is amazing!! It does take quite awhile to get your food so if you're looking for a quick experience this is not the place for you. If you have planned for some time, I cannot recommend Ginza high enough. Just incredible. They offer sushi, sashimi, tempura, and terriyaki, as well others I am probably forgetting. There is also a lot of food. We never leave hungry after ordering a bento box.

When I worked in Albany, this was my faaavorite go to lunch. I was in love with their curry. It’s been 4 years and I still dream about their curry and potstickers. So delicious ♥️

Sushi is amazing!!!! So far this is our best restaurant we have tried in Albany. Staff is friendly. Excellent service. Sushi chef very professional.

First off: Food was great 😋No issues there at all. However, we came during Saturday lunch rush and there was a long wait (30+). Service is what you’d expect from a mom & pop type joint. We had Bento boxes (excellent) and have been told the sushi rolls are amazing. Everything appeared fresh made and presentation is good. Kitchen looked like a bomb went off, it wasn’t gross, just messy and appeared unorganized. Which is fine, as long as the food is good 🤷‍♂️ I just noticed because we had such a long wait. Prices are fair. Will be going back when they aren’t as busy.

Wish I could get more people to go with me. Love to get a bento box and just chill with some tea.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this great restaurant. Well it was a fabulous evening and the restaurant was absolutely one of the reasons for this outstanding meeting. The team collaborated in a very nice manner, the cuisine was delicious and my buddies were very thrilled. We shall surely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

very authentic food. fresh and always good. i have been going here for years and years and am always greeted with a smile and excellent food. Sushi is by far one of my favorite in the state.

I always stop at Ginzas when I can. The good is great!! However, it can get busy. Also, it is only family working there. I just went there tonight. It was like a Friday night, but so worth the wait!

The sushi is really good and very fresh. I also love their chicken katsu! It has a real home-like atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. One of my favorites for sure!

Been there five times now, good stuff! Great family from southern japan, very nice staff, japanese grandma in the kitchen!! Sushi is pretty darn good and marinated well for a nice taste. They get items in season when available. Best in albany for sure, fun lunch sets, good price, authentic, they will even make items special off the menu if you are nice about it ;), I hope they are around for a long time.

I'm not a fan of sushi, but everyone I've talked to says this is the best sushi around. They also have other delicious options, like teriyaki and yakisoba, for those who don't like fish.
